Recently, Mr. Geng Xiewei, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Consulate General of China in Milan, led a delegation to visit Trendzone Europe Headquarters. Mr. Zhu Bin, Chairman of Trendzone Holdings, and Mr. Sun Shuo, General Manager of Trendzone Europe, accompanied the delegation and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s established operations and medium-to-long-term strategic layout in Italy and the broader European market.
This visit comes at a pivotal moment when China’s design sector is entering a new phase of internationalization – evolving from “being visible” to “being understood,” and from “market entry” to “ecosystem integration.” The inauguration of Trendzone Europe Headquarters in Milan in 2026 is a strategic response to this evolving landscape.

Positioned as the central platform orchestrating two-way resource flows between China and Europe and facilitating cross-border industrial connectivity, Trendzone Europe Headquarters integrates regional management, original design, brand exhibition, promotion of new building materials, and cross-border commercial matchmaking. It is committed to becoming a new benchmark for Sino-European industrial synergy.
The delegation toured the headquarters’ office, design exhibition, and innovation incubation spaces, and highly commended the facility’s multi-functional operational capabilities. During the symposium, Chairman Zhu Bin reviewed the company’s overseas expansion journey and global strategic vision. General Manager Sun Shuo then shared practical insights into Sino-Italian design collaboration and industrial synergy, covering key areas including interior design, engineering construction, building material supply chains, exhibition services, and integrated green building solutions.

Counsellor Geng fully acknowledged the achievements of Trendzone Europe Headquarters in both establishment and market development. He also offered constructive guidance in light of the EU’s business environment and the overall development trends of Chinese-invested enterprises, encouraging Trendzone to leverage its full-industry-chain strengths, deepen international cooperation in green and low-carbon building and creative design, and continue to elevate the overseas brand image of “China Construction” and “China Design.”
Trendzone expressed its commitment to earnestly implementing the Counsellor’s guidance, capitalizing on Milan’s geographic advantage as a global design and industrial hub, adhering to localized development, and broadening partnerships with Italian and European government entities, design institutions, and industry chain partners. Through professional competence and innovative delivery capabilities, the Group aims to steadily achieve high-quality and sustainable growth.

This exchange visit further strengthened the government-enterprise partnership between the Economic and Commercial Office of the Consulate General in Milan and Trendzone Holdings, reinforcing Quanzhu’s confidence in deepening its European presence and empowering Sino-Italian industrial collaboration. Moving forward, Quanzhu will implement its “Dual-Domain, Dual-Track, One Tech-Powered Chain” strategy, integrating domestic and international resources to solidify its global operational foundation. Europe Headquarters will continue to serve as a vital bridge for economic, trade, design, and industrial integration between China and Europe – conveying Eastern aesthetics through design and aligning with Europe’s carbon neutrality agenda through green technologies – thereby fostering a more resilient landscape for Sino-European industrial cooperation through mutual empowerment.
