On April 10 (local time), Trendzone European R&D and Exhibition Center (Milan Headquarters for Europe Region) was officially opened. Located in a prime location in central Milan at Via Privata Massimiano, 2, the center enjoys convenient transportation, only 5.5 km from the city center Duomo. Comprising two independent buildings and an outdoor courtyard, the center has undergone a one-stop renovation of existing buildings covering "architecture, landscape, interior, soft furnishing, and MEP & intelligent systems" while preserving the original building layout. Featuring an international and contemporary design, the space accommodates multi-scenario demands of diverse clients and integrates comprehensive functions including R&D and exhibition, brand launching, exchange events, and co-working.

As a crucial milestone for the implementation of Trendzone’s "Two Domains, Two Lines, Technology, One Chain" strategy in Europe, the launch of the center signifies the steady advancement of the company’s overseas business and its evolution from "global integration" to "global synergy".

Adhering to the business philosophy of "Refining and Deepening Domestic Business, Expanding and Intensifying Overseas Business", Trendzone has established a presence across five major regions: China, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia. Driven by technological innovation and supported by supply chain services, the company integrates online and offline resources and accelerates global business connectivity through business segments including planning and consulting, design services, engineering construction, supply chain platforms, and industrial investment.

Trendzone actively promotes a dual-market strategy of "domestic + international". With its Milan headquarters covering the whole European region as a regional all-round hub, the company will deepen China-Europe economic and trade cooperation and enhance regional market support through the "Shanghai & Milan" twin-city linkage model.

Leveraging the platform advantages of the European R&D and Exhibition Center, Trendzone Milan Headquarters has fostered close cooperation among universities, research institutions and partner brands, forming a complete closed loop of "R&D – Testing – Application". Under the dual-track operation of "online platform + offline scenarios", the company facilitates mutual learning and interaction between Chinese and foreign design forces and achieves multi-channel precise matching of supply and demand via its cross-border e-commerce platform Haibei Network and AP Design Community.

In the process of global resource integration, Trendzone regards enhanced supply chain resilience as a new foundation for future development. By actively integrating into the global industrial chain and reshaping industrial ecological competitiveness, the company promotes its second-curve growth.

As an overseas industrial collaboration platform of the Lin-Gang Special Area, Trendzone Milan Headquarters functions as a "Sino-Italian Enterprise Cooperation Liaison Office" and undertakes three core missions: project incubation platform, technology R&D base, and policy pilot zone. Guided by the "Five Important Roles" of the Lin-Gang Special Area, it attracts Italian enterprises to gather in the zone and introduces outstanding overseas brands to settle in Lin-Gang Tongchuang Valley, jointly building a demonstration zone for Sino-Italian cooperation featuring "advantageous industrial collaboration, integrated resource innovation and in-depth people-to-people exchanges" in the new era. Meanwhile, Trendzone systematically promotes the strengths of China’s construction industry to overseas markets, exploring new practices for Chinese enterprises’ global expansion from "Made in China" to "Created in China".

At present, Trendzone has built a resilient supply chain covering 12 countries worldwide. Trendzone Milan Headquarters will link the local European supply chain with Trendzone’s global supply system, serving as a key interface for resource integration, standard export and local adaptation. Upon completion, the planned Trendzone Middle East Construction Technology Industrial Park will form an Asia-Europe linkage with the Milan headquarters, extending its influence to more countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Trendzone began its global layout in 2016 with the establishment of an overseas business division, laying the foundation for "business globalization". With the successive launch of China-Australia production bases, Sino-Italian R&D centers, regional operation centers and distribution hubs, Trendzone has gained increasing momentum in overseas markets and accelerated the construction of a service network covering Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, Hong Kong and Macao in recent years.

Amid profound changes in the global economic landscape, Trendzone will optimize its global supply chain and localized service system and integrate into the global infrastructure industrial chain under the "Two Domains, Two Lines, Technology, One Chain" strategy. The company will support the value accumulation and long-term development of Chinese brands going global, promote high-quality corporate development through brand internationalization, and transform into a supply chain organizer and industrial operation enabler.
