Recently, the Middle East Representative Office of Trendzone held economic and trade cooperation talks with important representatives of Saudi government and enterprises. It successively visited the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to explore the integrated development path of innovation chain and industrial chain. Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle Eastern market it represents serve as a pivotal overseas base for Trendzone Holdings. In addition to radiating infrastructure projects across the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries via the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) model, the company will leverage the platform function of the Trendzone Saudi Construction Industrial Park to promote international production capacity cooperation through the integrated output of the entire industrial chain.
On November 10th (local time), a delegation from the Middle East Representative Office of Trendzone conducted an on-site visit to SABIC. The two parties held friendly discussions on industrial collaborative development in the Middle East, cooperation in advanced manufacturing, and the construction planning of the Trendzone Saudi Construction Industrial Park, with a focus on advancing pragmatic cooperation.

SABIC ranks among the world’s leading diversified chemical enterprises, with product portfolios covering chemicals, high-performance plastics, agricultural nutrients, and steel. Its products serve end markets including architecture, medical devices, packaging, and clean energy. The company boasts extensive experience and abundant resources in industrial manufacturing, technological innovation, and sustainable development.
The Trendzone Middle East delegates visited SABIC’s Home of Innovation—a comprehensive exhibition and R&D center located in Riyadh. During the visit, they learned about SABIC’s innovative achievements in sustainable architecture, energy-efficient materials, smart home applications, and the utilization of high-tech materials.
A representative of Trendzone Middle East stated that the Trendzone Saudi Construction Industrial Park is designed to serve as a critical hub connecting high-quality Chinese architectural decoration production capacity with the market demands of the Middle East. SABIC’s exploration in circular economy and sustainable development is highly aligned with the industrial park’s development orientation of “intelligentization, high-endization, greenization, and clustering”, indicating broad prospects and immense potential for bilateral cooperation.

Dr. Abdullah AlRefaie, Head of SABIC Home of Innovation and General Manager of the Global Technology and Innovation Center, expressed strong interest in the industrial layout and cluster effect of the Trendzone Saudi Construction Industrial Park. Both parties agreed to further improve the communication mechanism, strengthen regular docking and liaison, and jointly promote the transformation of technological innovation achievements and the implementation of cooperative projects.

On November 11th, the Trendzone Middle East Representative Office delegation held a cordial meeting with representatives from MODON. The MODON delegation fully affirmed the solid foundation of the Trendzone Saudi Construction Industrial Park in undertaking the transfer of advanced manufacturing industries and building a regional collaborative manufacturing system.
As the core implementing agency of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, MODON is responsible for the development, management, and infrastructure construction of industrial cities and technology zones nationwide. It provides physical space and operational support for industrial projects, acting as a strategic fulcrum for Chinese-funded enterprises to expand their footprint in the Middle East. With the advancement of Saudi Vision 2030, MODON will continue to offer incentives such as land allocation, tax breaks, and financing support.
Both sides concurred that advanced manufacturing and new energy industries will emerge as the leading sectors in the global industrial development landscape. “Industrial park internationalization” serves as a vital engine for building an open world economy. It effectively facilitates the clustered landing of industries, enhances supply chain competitiveness, and creates broader market space and substantial profit opportunities.
